Ten Years of Join Me!

I’m thrilled to say that this year is the 10th Anniversary of Join Me…

I can’t believe it’s still going strong, with new joinees signing up from all over the globe every single week.

We’ve got some pretty cool plans in the pipeline for what to do in the name of Karmageddon 10 this December…

So Join Us! And don’t forget – your next stop should be the Joinee Forum… come and meet your fellow joinees!

This all sounds great. How about something in the south-west for all us country folk who are scared of big cities?

    • Mum White says:

Hello, m’dear. Why don’t you pop over to the forum. That is where folk generally set about organising meets. I don’t know where abouts you are in the south-west, but there are a few joinees in the Bristol/Cardiff area, I think and there has been some talk of trying to arrange a get together over that way somewhere.

Hey mr Wallace I’m a big fan of your books and am just reading Join me, quality! However when I was recently travelling around Thailand I had your book “friends like these” to accompany me whilst relaxing by the pool with a cheeky cocktail. I was enjoying it very much so you must realise how disappointed I was when I got to last 2 chapters and found that all the pages were missing! Now I ain’t gonna buy it again because that would be mad! Is there any possibility you can brief me on how the rest of it all went? I hope it all went well
    That’d be great!
    Cheers
    P.S. I will send a passport photo v soon!

    heyup,
i found a copy of join me on a train journey between kent and cumbria, and had finished book on journey back between cumbria and kent, and on the way back i met a parisian lass whom had missed her stop who was trying to get to the seasdie to eat some seafood so i gave her a lift to the seaside to eat some seafood, i dont recommend getting in cars with starngers, unless they have a copy of dannies book to prove they are not chloroform nuts, linda took this as good enought proof of my sanity and we exchanged email, etc, and both made a new friend.
passport photos of me and french lady linda on way

  16. Nick Allam says:

Danny my boy! I want to join you. As soon as I find one of those passportsizedphotomachines. As soon as that.

Do the ten year meet up in the South West for sure. Weston-super-Mare has quite a new pier so…wanna have a gander down there in December? Do it.

    Ciao for now πŸ™‚

  17. Simon says:

Hi, just reading the “join me” book. How do I become a joinee???

  18. Kev Jones says:

    Hya Comrades,
I got the book ‘ Join Me’ months ago but only now picked it up whilst on holiday in Cyprus and can’t put the bloody thing down. I’m suppose to be looking after the kids but seem to be hooked and just read the french story!
I’m feeling like Johnny Ball reading ‘Jackanory’ style story of Danny’s collective to my 15 year old daughter. I’m going to join the colllective Karma Army when I get back. Can’t be bothered with clubs, round Table! The only club I ever joined was YOC ( Young Ornithologist Club) and that was only because I liked the badge. I was such a sad kid I would often fill in free information enquiry forms for stairlifts etc with pics of Thora Third. At least I would get mail thru thru the post.
Anyway, special recruit to the Collective will apply soon. Anyone from North Wales in the Karma Army? Bye for now and sorry for rambling πŸ™‚
