Use your powers wisely
Now, one of the first things you have to consider when starting something like Join Me is whether to use your powers for Good, or for Evil.
Here at Join Me HQ the choice was simple.
We would use our powers for Good.
You, the joinee, are encouraged to undertake Random Acts of Kindness on a day-to-day basis... maybe it’s paying for the cup of tea that the person in the queue in front of you has just ordered... maybe it’s offering to carry an old woman’s shopping (and not legging it)... maybe it’s as simple as holding a door open for someone.
The
man on the right was unexpectedly bought a cup of tea recently,
by five joinees who wanted to make him happy. Isn’t that
nice?
Join Me has always encouraged joinees to Make An Old Man Happy. But why should we stop there?
Whatever it is you decide to do, it has to be random, unexpected, and... well... kind.
As a joinee you are automatically a member of The Karma Army.
For the last few months, whenever a joinee joins and answers their questionnaire, I’ve asked them whether or not they believe in karma. A huge proportion of joinees said they did... if what goes around really does come around, we all stand to benefit from these Random Acts of Kindness.
So why not assure yourself a great weekend, with the latest iniative from Join Me...
GOOD FRIDAYS
Do something Good this Friday. Tell me what it was. Tell me whether it made you feel better. Tell me if anything good happened to you in the two days that followed. If karma exists, you are the living proof.
Click here to tell me what you did...
The more good deeds you do, the higher up in the Karma Army you will rise. Maybe one day you will able to say you are a Sergeant in the Karma Army. Maybe one day you’ll even make it to Major. Imagine that!
Have
a look at this happy old man’s face... why is it happy?
Because Joinee Dixon of London works in a bar called Malibu, and
gave this man a free beer, in the name of Join Me and The Karma
Army!
Could you do something similar this Friday? Or any day? If you do, be sure and tell me about it!
Get involved in The Karma Army! Today! And every Friday, too!
Well done, Joinees.
